Milestone 36

 

The big reveal. The final label design has been selected and label production has begun. Things took much longer than anticipated but I am very pleased with the design. Look back in the photographs and you can see the inspiration for the various shades of grey represented in the mountains at the top of the label. So excited to see the actual labels when they're printed and then on the bottles.​​

 

Milestone 35

We now have our AP license. Just need TTB approval for labels.​

Milestone 34

Corks with branded ends and logo'd sides have been selected and ordered. 

Milestone 33

Just placed my order for bottles and capsules. Corks and labels "on deck". It's getting real!​

Milestone 32

Laying out potential label sizes and reviewing capsules on the bottles chosen from Saxco. Cork selection is next up.​ 

Milestone 31

Barrel tasting the 2017 vintage. All three varieties (Cab Sav, Pinot Noir & Chard) taste every bit as good as I could have hoped for. The quality of the fruit is clearly evident in these wines. Can't wait to get these three into bottle.

Barrel tasting my Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.  Wow!  Couldn't be happier with the juice so far. These should be amazing!​
