There's something incredibly special about the wine that is made from the fruit harvested off of Howell Mountain. One of the challenges however is getting that fruit to ripen. We're still only at 24 brix. (27 brix is ideal for us). At this rate we'll be harvesting in November 🙄. .
Luckily I have Alexander valley Cab fruit coming in from Reynoso Family Vineyards Monday. Very excited about that fruit this year.. .
