Milestone 108

Bottling day is never without some issues. Today's issues included a late start. A run to @masilvausa to pick up bottles, a bottling line issue that required me to make an on-the-spot packaging change, (the capsule part of the machine started to malfunction). Soooo now only the Cabernet Sauvignon has capsules!. . However we successfully bottled 72 cases of 2018 Pinot Noir, 55 Cases of Chardonnay and 47 Cases of 2017 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Tomorrow is Rose' day!​
